Minutes vs. decimal hours: the invoicing pain point

Freelancers track time in minutes — "I worked 1 hour 30 minutes" — but invoices need decimal hours to multiply cleanly against an hourly rate: 1.5 × rate, not 1:30 × rate. Converting by hand ("30 minutes is... half, so 1.5") is a small but constant source of billing mistakes, especially across many line items or when totals need to add up exactly for a client who checks the math. This tool accepts whatever format is fastest to type — "1:30", "1h 30m", or "1.5" — and converts it to decimal hours automatically, right on the line item, before it ever reaches the invoice total.

Can I mix hourly and fixed-price items on one invoice?

Yes. Each line item has its own Qty/Time toggle, so a flat design fee and hourly revision work can sit on the same invoice.

Is my data private?

Yes. Everything — your business details, client info, and logo — is processed entirely in your browser and saved only to your own browser's local storage. Nothing is ever uploaded or sent to a server.
